This policy describes how FedStat, LLC ("FedStat", "we") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit this website or contact us through our forms. We've written it in plain language so the actual practice and the document agree.

What we collect
From the lead-capture forms
- Name, title, organization, work email, and (optionally) phone
- Role-specific fields you provide — e.g., Power Platform footprint, budget cycle, workforce size
- Products you indicate interest in
- The free-text message you write
- The page you submitted from, the referring URL, your IP address, browser user-agent, and the timestamp
From normal browsing
- Standard server request logs (URL, IP, user-agent, response code, timestamp)
- We do not currently use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies
Why we collect it
- To respond to your demo or briefing request and route it to the right person
- To prevent spam and abuse on our forms
- To understand which pages and products generate interest, so we can improve the site
Who we share it with
We share the minimum necessary with two service providers:
- Resend (resend.com) — delivers the lead notification email to our team.
- Vercel (vercel.com) — operates the site infrastructure and stores serverless function logs.
If you've given us permission to forward your interest to one of our channel or implementation partners, we'll do so explicitly. Otherwise, we do not sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party not listed above.
How long we keep it
- Lead-form data is kept until you ask us to delete it, or for up to three years if no business relationship develops.
- Server logs are retained on a rolling 30-day window before being aggregated or deleted.
Your choices and rights
Email krishna@serebrumhq.com to:
- Access the information we hold about you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Ask us to delete it (we'll confirm in writing once it's done)
- Opt out of further outreach
If you're in a jurisdiction that grants additional rights — e.g., the GDPR (EU/UK), CCPA (California) — those rights apply, and we'll honor them within the timeframes the law requires.
Security
Lead data travels over HTTPS, is stored only in the systems described above, and is accessible only to FedStat employees and contractors who need it to do their job. No system is perfectly secure, but we apply reasonable industry-standard safeguards.
Children
This site is intended for working professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
